Membership presence
Reports → Membership presence (/reports/membership_presence) lists check-ins against a membership: who came in, how long they stayed, and whether the visit is still open, finished, or over the quota. The menu uses the same education industries as Lessons: industries 17, 18, and 32 through 37. Other companies do not see it.
Columns
Contact, membership, check-in, planned usage, actual usage, check-out, location, branch, and status. Created by and created date are hidden by default.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Checked in and not checked out |
| Completed | Checked out within the planned use |
| Overage | Actual use went past the plan or the quota |
Planned usage is what the visit was expected to consume. Actual usage is what the check-in and check-out add up to.
