Fiscal receipts
Reports → Fiscal receipts (/reports/fiscal_receipts) lists receipts sent to a fiscal device. This is not tied to an industry. The menu item exists only when at least one fiscal device is saved and enabled. Opening the address with no device sends you to Obligations.
Use it when a customer needs the fiscal number, or when a receipt failed and you need the error.
Columns
ID, status, document, receipt sequence (rseq), fiscal number, total, cash payment, card payment, fiscal device, branch, customer, error, fiscal time, and created date. Prepayment used, company tax ID, taxpayer name, and created by can be shown from the column menu.
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Created in Lua CRM and not sent |
| Queued | Waiting for the device |
| Sent | Handed to the device |
| Printing | The device is printing |
| Success | The device accepted it. The fiscal number is the one to give the customer |
| Failed | The device or the connection returned an error. Read the error column |
| Cancelled | The receipt was cancelled |
Receipt type
Sale, return, prepayment, and prepayment return. The type follows the document or the payment you fiscalized.
Filters
Created date, fiscal time, status, receipt type, branch, device (the name includes the branch), document ID, customer, fiscal number (contains or equals), sequence number, and total amount.
Attach a receipt to a sale
If a receipt is not linked, Attach to document asks you to search a sale and attach this fiscal record to it. Use that when the device printed but the sale was not linked.
Set up a fiscal device
Open Settings → Integrations → Fiscal, then the fiscal devices page (/integrations/fiscal_devices). You need permission to create integrations. Add opens a card for each device.
| Field | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Device name | Yes | The name on receipts and in this report |
| Branch | Yes | Sales in this branch can use the device |
| Host | Yes | The device address, for example 192.168.1.100 |
| Port | Yes | Default 1025. Must be from 1 to 65535 |
| Operator ID | Yes | The cashier ID the device expects |
| Operator password | No | |
| Device password | No | |
| Serial number | No | Printed as the fiscal serial |
| Device model | No | |
| CRN | No | Cash register number |
| TIN | No | Taxpayer ID sent with the receipt |
| Default | No | The device used when a branch has more than one |
Save stores the device. The key icon requests an activation code for the agent that talks to the device. Copy that code into the agent on the computer next to the register. You do not type the code into a sale.
Two optional maps sit under the device:
- Wallet type → external POS. For each wallet, choose whether the receipt should use the external POS flag. You can drive that from the wallet itself or from a finance custom field.
- Tax type → department. Maps each of your tax types to a department (DEP) on the device.
Delete a card to retire a device. After the last device is gone, Fiscal receipts disappears from Reports. Sales can still be confirmed. They just will not print a fiscal receipt until a device is back.
Permissions
Has access and print. Devices themselves are connected under Integrations → Fiscal.
Tips
- Failed plus an error message is a device problem. The sale can still be confirmed. Fix the device and send again from the document.
- The report is missing from the menu: no fiscal device is enabled. That is expected for a company that does not fiscalize.
