Company

Path: Settings → Company (/company_settings). Tabs: General description | Billing (/company_billing) | Company structure (/company_structure) | Wallets (/wallets).

Company settings can be viewed and edited. Branches, workplaces, and wallets are separate permissions, so a person can update the company name and still be blocked from adding a wallet.

General description

Fields and areas observed:

Wallets summary (demo): Cash USD (Main) 6,820 $; Cash AMD 1,111 ֏.

Billing

Billing (/company_billing) is the subscription account with Lua CRM, not your customers’ balances. Customer debt stays in Obligations.

The plan card on the overview (the demo shows Professional) is the plan you are on, with Upgrade when a higher plan is offered. The billing list is the charge history for that plan.

Column	Meaning
Date	When the row was posted
Type	Charge (the plan billed you) or Payment (you paid Lua CRM)
Total	The amount of that row
Balance	What is still open on the subscription after this row
Comment	The note on the charge or the payment

Filter by ID, user, type (charge or payment), comment (contains), and date. You do not add customer invoices here.

Company structure

Branches observed:

• Main — hours Mo–Fr 09:00–18:00
• A (branch #2)

Each branch shows a conditions count, status, and Add new department. Button Add branch is available.

Columns: Wallet, Currencies, Branches, Description, Performer, Active.
