Navigation map
Lua CRM opens on three areas. A thin icon rail on the far left switches the secondary menu.
| Icon | Menu | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Main work | Day-to-day records: catalog, contacts, documents, money, projects, visits, and the other operating modules |
| Reports | Reports | Read-only and operational reports. Most of these can be printed or exported when the role allows Print / export |
| Settings | Setup | Company, employees, prices, import, configurations, integrations, and reference lists |
The menu only lists modules the signed-in role can open. A role with no modules sees an empty menu. Opening a page you cannot access sends you to Access denied.
Top bar (all modules)
- LUA CRM logo — returns to the dashboard you can open
- Global search
- Workspace switcher — change company profile when you belong to more than one
- Settings shortcut
- Notifications
- Chat
- Language — the flag switches the interface language. Record content can also be translated when extra languages are turned on under Configurations
- Your avatar — opens your personal profile (
/user), including security
Home menu

| Finance | /finance | Money in, money out, or transfer |
| Projects | submenu, then /projects | Each active project you may see, then View all projects |
| Visits | /appointments | Appointments. If several projects allow visits, each project is its own submenu item |

Lessons and cinema are real modules. They stay hidden unless the company industry is one of the education or cinema industries.

How permissions work
An owner sets this under Settings → Employees → System permissions. Each area has its own switches.
| Permission | What it controls |
|---|---|
| View | No access, Own records, All records. Some areas also offer Department records (documents, tickets, dashboard, inbox, document-products report) or Managed contacts (finance) |
| Create | May add new records |
| Edit | Same scope choices as View |
| Delete | May delete. Lists usually hide deleted rows until you filter Deleted = Yes |
| Print / export | May print, export, or generate PDF |
| Confirm | May approve a document or a POS sale. Saving a draft does not require this |
| Has access | A single on/off used for special limits, such as hiding phone numbers or cancelling an already confirmed document |
A few extra switches change what a person sees even when they can open the module:
- Contacts: hide customers, suppliers, partners, or leads; limit contacts to the user’s branches; hide phones, emails, and addresses
- Documents: cancel confirmed documents
- Projects: hide the amount on a request
- Visits: hide the customer name; open the visit on the visits page instead of a side panel
- Finance obligations: show only the client’s own obligations, or hide add and edit
- Inbox: hide a channel (email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and control internal notes
- Employees: edit other people’s schedules
Shared list pages
Most lists work the same way:
- Open the funnel, set conditions, and choose Apply. A badge stays on the page for each active filter. Catalogs and contacts start on Status = Active. Documents start on today. The full rules, including pins and links, are in Filtering lists.
- Click a row to open it. Use the row menu to edit, print, or delete when your role allows it.
- Tick the checkbox column for bulk actions such as delete. The footer shows how many rows are selected and how many match the filter.
- The gear on a table lets you show, hide, and reorder columns, and choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows. That choice is saved for you, not for the whole company. See Data tables.
- The pink gear at the bottom right opens display options for the page.
- ? on the panel opens the in-product help for that screen.
Fields on a form are not the same for every company. An administrator shows, hides, reorders, and marks fields required under Custom fields. This guide lists the built-in fields. A field you do not see is either turned off for your company or hidden by your role.
