Price lists

Price lists and tariffs

Columns: #, Name, Currency, Price calculation method, Items count, Active.

Add price list

Modal Add price list. Tabs: Main | Connected employees & contacts.

FieldTypeRequiredNotes
NameTextYes—
DescriptionText——
Calculation methodSelectYesMarkup % all items; Discount % all items; Markup % on selected items; Discount % on selected items; Fixed prices for selected items; Commission + tax % for all items — catalog selling price is the base
CurrencySelectYesAMD, USD, profile base
PercentNumber—With example block

Assign the price list on the contact (price type) or on the Connected employees and contacts tab of the price list. A contact locked to a price list that has its own currency can only create documents in that currency.

Agent plans (commission)

Agent plans (/commission_plans) calculate what an employee earns on a document. Name and calculation method are required. Currency is required. Percentage, when the method uses one, is from 0 to 100 with two decimal places.

MethodWhat it pays
Percentage of the whole documentA percent of the document total
Percentage of the profitA percent of profit, not of the total
Fixed amount for the whole documentOne amount in the plan currency
Percentage for specific itemsA percent per unit, set on each item row
Fixed amount for specific itemsAn amount per unit, set on each item row
Percentage by contact groupA different percent per contact group. Add a row per group

Who receives it: everyone attached to the plan, or only the responsible manager on the document. The participants tab is where you attach people. Item methods reveal an item table (item, group, unit, base price, percent, amount). Group methods reveal the group-rate table.

Commission shows on the sales list as commission amount, paid, and balance. Paying it is a finance or obligation step, not automatic cash.

Loyalty plans

Loyalty plans (/loyalty_plans) use the same shape as agent plans, plus:

Extra methodMeaning
Fixed amount per visitA set number of points or amount each time the contact has a visit
Percentage by amount rangeDifferent percents for spend bands. Each band has an amount from, an amount to (empty means no upper limit), and a percent from 0 to 100

Attach the plan on the contact. Loyalty cards, when loyalty is enabled, are the card numbers under the same Loyalty area (/loyalty_cards). Points balances are not a price list. They accrue when a qualifying sale or visit is confirmed.

Salaries

Salaries (/salary_plans) are pay amounts for employees. The list shows the name, the amount, the payment period, how many people are on the plan, and Active. Filter by name or ID (contains or equals).

Add opens the plan. Name and amount are required. Amount is at least 0, with two decimal places, in the company currency.

FieldRequiredDefaultMeaning
NameYes—The name on the payroll document, for example “Monthly salary”
Salary amountYes—What one period pays. Must be greater than zero when payroll is generated. Zero is saved but will not produce a payment
Payment periodYes1How many weeks, months, or years between payments. Minimum 1
Period unitYesMonthWeek, month, or year. Anything else is stored as month
ActiveNoOnInactive plans are skipped by payroll

Save creates the plan. Edit changes the name, amount, period, or active flag. Delete hides it. People already paid keep their old documents.

Attach the plan to an employee the same way a membership is attached to a customer. Payroll uses that link.

Generate payroll payments under Configurations → Plans creates one salary document per employee whose next payment date is due.

  • The amount is the plan amount, or the employee’s own price type when that price exists.
  • The document is named SALARY- plus a sequence, starts unpaid, and is confirmed immediately.
  • The next payment date moves forward by the period: 7 days per week, one month, or one year.
  • A plan that has not started yet is skipped.
  • A payment date that already has a salary document is not billed again.
  • The employee needs a branch. If they have none, the first active branch is used.
  • Deleting the latest salary document moves the next payment date back so the period can be generated again.

Paying the document is still a Finance step. Payroll does not move a wallet by itself.

Fines

The tariffs menu includes a Fines tab (penalty plans) that points at /penalty_plans. The application does not include that page, so there is no fine form, no calculation, and no seeded fine types to document. Salary is the payroll tool that exists today.
